Conference registration prices include conference materials and the following meals: dinner on July 8th, breakfast and lunch on July 9th, and breakfast and lunch on July 10th. You are on your own for dinner July 9th and July 10th.
If you are registering for the National Conference and will be sending a check or purchase order for payment, please download the registration form and mail, e-mail, or fax to the National Conference.

$375.00 General Registration (between April 18, 2009 - July 1, 2009)
$395.00 Late Registration (after July 1, 2009)
***An optional excursion will be offered for the evening of Thursday, July 9th, 2009. Please check back for details.***
Please contact the National Office if you have any questions.
Note: cancellations must be received in writing by June 8, 2009. If you cancel before June 8, 2009, your registration will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. Cancelled registrations will not be refunded after June 9, 2009, nor will no-shows. Refunds will be processed 30 days after the National Conference.
